Blogging is undeniably one of the best ways to make money online. Setting up a blog can take a day, or a few short hours. Depending on how professional you want it to look of course. Blogging is so easy that many people do it; still they fail. Just because you can create a blog doesn’t mean you can make it profitable. Not everyone can monetize a blog correctly. However anyone can write convincing and alluring blogs posts that convert.
That is what the subject is today. I am going to tell you how to stop writing nonsense and start writing to convert your prospects into buyers. Get ready!
A reader normally likes to read an article in a short amount of time. They want to read, digest, and usually act on it. So timing is everything. To get a good time keep your articles to around 450 – 500 words. You could also go as short as 350 words. However I recommend the standard 450 – 500. You’ll keep your article full of information, cut out the nonsense, and have your reader buying a product or moving on.
However you can write articles with out first knowing what you are doing. How well do you know your target audience? Did you even know that you had a target audience? You should, your audience is who you are suppose to be writing for. Start doing research. How old are the people you are trying to communicate/sell to? What are their dislikes and likes? What is their income? Can they afford the products and services you’ll write about? This information is what you need to find out. Start doing research!
Once you have your research complete you can begin writing. As always the first part of an article is the header. Make it stand out! Example:
1. How To Blow Up Bridges (This one tells them what the topic is, but fails to woo them)
2. How To Blow Up Bridges Anywhere & Anytime (This header gives them an urgency! Which is good)
Once you have a good enough header you move on. The introduction is next. Keep it short and sweet. Allow your reader to know what you are going to be talking about. The middle is all the meaty layers. You’ll want to let your readers know all the information in compact, short but helpful paragraphs. Keep it to a maximum of 3 paragraphs and a minimum of 2. Once you’ve finished writing your paragraphs move on to the closing. Like the intro. it should be short and sweet.
Always end your article with a great closing. Keep them coming back. Read it to yourself and make sure that you would want to come back!
