My Dear Airtel, are you really in serious business or still targeting some school college crowd to dance on your tunes? Your executives are doing adverse marketing for you.

Business is serious and it is a serious thing. Your callers or sales executives should understand that commitments matter a lot. Every one is not same and like fool around with your girls and guys. Stupid Executives, doing an adverse marketing for you :D

Let us recap the incidents:

1. In January I started receiving calls from Airtel callers who are trying to sell Broadband service in my area Rohini. After receiving numerous calls, I finally agreed to have a standby connection at my Rohini office and my home. [How fool I am]

2. In February I received call from Airtel again and some one confirmed my address of installation. [that’s a response of No. 1 company, wakeup after 20 or 25 days]

3. Forget to mention that I still receive calls from their executives, and still pursuing me to sell Broadband repeatedly.

4. In march their executive contacted me and like to know my “Gurgaon address” for the installation of Lease Line for 50 seated call center. What a joke. I ask you a Broadband connection for 5 computers and you are installing a lease line instead.

This is sick. Height of stupidity. How do you convert a lead of Broadband into a Lease line one?

How did he come to know about my Gurgaon connection, still a mystery for me?

Still they are not ashamed and calling me for lease line. While asking about my broadband they always say it is under process.
