Yesterday freedom day, I submitted my resignation to Media ventures as director o the company. Feel so good, after all I am resigning as a director with enough experiance behind me. Here the responsibilities are huge and I am unable to spare much time on it. It was also hard to coordinate with the guys I hired in the company as they turn out be be a pure dilliwala programmers, not at all serious about there future 
and also Mr. SS 
was a big factor, Mumbai Wala.. tough time with him too… but I have done my best and created a project which can be a dream project for any one in near future.
Its very hard to leave the company which you lay the foundations, but sooner or later i have to start my own company in Delhi that provides Software Solutions. I have my own resources and 12 years of business experiance behind me, will surely do things better now..
Now I have to only for consolidating the whole thing for new director and take my dues. Dont know who will take the responsibilities, either Vishal or Mr. SB himself.
