I got an surprise on 1st April 2005 upon recieving a mail from Template Monster about there site getting banned on Google. The first thing I thought this may be a April Fool joke, but after opening the site I found it actually happened to them. Probably Template Monster is one of the largest site of ready-made web design products and google’s outburst against them is surprising.
Its hard to find the reason how it get banned, but one reason which go against there site is Duplicate Contents. They have there resellers having a storefront which displays templates from there site, does that mean a duplicate content?
